Publication statement
In the scope of efforts of the Bent El-Nile foundation (under establishment) to break down the patriarchal visions to the legal system in Egypt, and highlight on the difficulties which women, and girls face before the institution of Justice, “Bint El-Nile” issues problematics of minor-girls reporting of violent crimes in Egypt paper to analyze problems that minor-girls face especially when reporting violence crimes against them, which begin from (permitting) some of violence forms against women, and girls, and out from criminalization cycle, as well as the shortage in the justice system in Egypt in dealing with survivors of violence, leading to problems of minor-girls appearing before law enforcement agencies while they are incompetent.
Finally discussing the matter of separating minor-girls, survivors of the threaten/ violence source by reviewing hosting survivors of violence services providing by the state.
