Legal paper “Protection of the privacy of complainants’ data in Egyptian law”

As part of the “serry geda” campaign, we publish a legal paper entitled “Protecting the Privacy of Data of Female Complainants of Sexual Violence Crimes”
This paper aims to analyze the frameworks and legislation for protecting the privacy of complainants’ personal data in Egyptian law, and to demonstrate the harm resulting from this violation on the personalities of survivors and society as a whole. It also aims to address legislators and decision-makers to reconsider these frameworks to ensure justice and protection
